3. Placing an order

  1. When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products in your basket.
  2. We send you an email confirming that we have received your order. This is not yet an acceptance.
  3. The contract between us is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation email.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If this happens, we tell you and refund any payment in full.

4. Prices and payment

  • Payment is taken when you place your order, through the secure payment methods offered at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
  • If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will contact you before dispatch so you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
  • Discount codes: one code per order unless stated otherwise. Codes have no cash value and follow the conditions shown with the offer.

5. Packs, offers and free gifts

Multi-jar packs are sold at the pack price shown. Free gifts, including digital items such as e-books, are offered while stocks last and have no cash value. Digital items are delivered by email or download link.

6. Delivery

  • We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
  • Standard tracked delivery is free unless stated otherwise at checkout.
  • Orders placed on a working day are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 4 to 7 working days.
  • These times are estimates. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your order, you may cancel it for a full refund.
  • The products are your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us. Please check your address carefully: if a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we can resend it at the cost of the new delivery or refund you.

7. Returns and your right to cancel

You can return unopened, sealed jars within 30 days of delivery. Opened jars cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect. The full conditions are in our Refund Policy.

8. Faulty products and your legal rights

We must supply products that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a product is faulty, you are entitled to a refund if you tell us within 30 days of delivery. After that, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or in some cases a refund. These rights come from the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing in these terms affects them.

9. Our responsibility to you

  • We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care.
  • We are not responsible for loss caused by using the products against the label instructions, or for business losses.
  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

10. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, strikes or extreme weather. We will tell you as soon as possible, and you may cancel for a full refund if the delay is significant.

11. Your personal data

We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
