We deliver across the United Kingdom with free tracked delivery. Orders placed on a working day are usually dispatched within 24 hours.

Delivery area and cost

• We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
• Standard tracked delivery is free, unless a different option is shown at checkout.

Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day. These times are estimates and can be longer during busy periods.

Tracking

You receive a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

• If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will look into it with the carrier.
• If your order has not arrived within 30 days of ordering, you may cancel it for a full refund.
• If your parcel arrives damaged, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it, as set out in our Refund Policy.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can send it again at the cost of the new delivery, or refund the products.
